Standard battery balancers
MODULAR NETWORK INTERFACE & BATTERY BALANCER can be used as an independent device for ALL battery systems that have 2, 3, or 4 batteries connected in series. The module can be used to control and balance batteries in various UPS systems manufacturers.
Ballancer enables direct automatic control of the UPS batteries. The battery monitoring system performs measurements and balancing of connected batteries, intended to power the UPS system. All system important battery data information is integrated with user-defined alarm thresholds and supports SNMP messaging. In addition to the constant measurement of each battery’s supply voltage, temperature measurements are also performed on all individual batteries. All measurements and system statuses can additionally be implemented in the user-specific central management system.
CBM4 is an advanced battery management system device especially designed for LINE UPS backup systems, to simplify system management, prolong battery life and enable full remote management of UPS and connected batteries. CBM4 performs voltage measurements on individual batteries in the connected battery sequence and also performs voltage equalization of individual batteries (i.e. “balancing”). Temperature sensors are built into the sensor-balancing connections, which perform real-time measurements temperature of each battery. The CBM4 device has a built-in communication interface, which enables communication with device/UPS system via Ethernet/LAN or local USB connection, enabling the user setting of individual operational parameters, defining and overview of alarm states and SNMP reporting to the system operator.
